Liverpool

The thing that strikes me about the city is the classic architecture, the Georgian terraces and wrought iron railings. Of course the light, it’s always the light, is wonderful and the fresh sea air stimulates the senses.  A happening place with masses of new edgy developments, but I am drawn to the old Liverpool. It has a feel of time and place, of elegance, solidity. The Three Graces on the waterfront are always my starting point. Impressive, imperious, always looking great and being brilliant.
